Build a hospital from scratch and make it the most attractive - and most efficiently working - in the whole district Two Tops.

Optimize the device of the hospital, placing corridors, cabinets and waiting areas so as to increase the influx of patients (and funds). Expand, build new buildings to accept as many patients as possible.

Place functional and decorative furnishings that disperse boredom and raise the mood of patients - as well as the prestige of the hospital, which is necessary to receive awards

- Added the Bigfoot DLC illnesses and cure rooms to Sandbox mode for people who own the DLC
- Fixed a bug where guest trainers were not available after they have left the hospital
- Various crash fixes and bug fixes
- Speculative fixes for some load failures
