1) Unpack and install.
2) Copy patch in installed program dir and apply it
3) Block internet
4) Generate serial and choose manual to activate.
5) Generate a serial using keygen , Go to help -> enter SN , choose manual to activate
6) Copy the code in the keygen , generate unlock code , Unlock
7) Done
