After documenting the remaining black music scene in Texas for the past decade or so, label boss Eddie Stout put together a rockin band to back up the artists on this second volume of blues from the Eastside of Austin. The songs range from guitar driven Texas shuffles to covers of classic R&B tunes from the 40's through the 90's. Every performance on this release is high quality, well played and wonderfully sung.
