Winner of two Tony Awards®, two Olivier Awards and a Grammy®, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical is the Broadway sensation (opening in Australia, September 2017 ) that tells the inspirational true story behind Carole King's remarkable rise from teenage songwriter to global superstar; from her relationship with husband and song-writing partner Gerry Goffin, their close friendship and playful rivalry with fellow song-writing duo Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil, to her rise to stardom.

To celebrate, SME Australia have recorded 12 new renditions of Carole King Classics by the cream of Australian talent on the new release "Beautiful - A Tribute to Carole King".
