  Notes: be sure to replace updated steam_api.ini to unlock DLCs !
    In order to change outfits in the game, you will need to go into
    your inventory menu and select "Personal Items" from there. This
    will give you access to the "Costume Box" which can be  used  to
    change outfits.

    Resident.Evil.0.HD.Remaster-CODEX
 - Block the game's exe in your firewall to prevent the game from
      trying to go online ..
