Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB en-GB (x64) VMware Dec 23, 2016

This virtual machine allows testing a tweaked version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB.
Windows 10 LTSB is very attractive for users who do not like Metro/Universal apps and prefer the more functional desktop applications.
It comes with no Universal (Metro) apps installed. Universal apps are not bundled at all, so Photos, Music and all similar apps are not present in this edition.

Usage
Extract archive to the destination of your choice (requires 20 GB disk space at the very least)
Open VMware Workstation 12 / VMware player and open file 'Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB en-US (x64).vmx' within extracted folder 'Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB en-US (x64)'
If asked, select 'I copied it'

Tweaks
At setup: sharing data / location with Microsoft, Skype and other stuff disabled during setup
Post setup: (tools available in separate folder)
1. Classic Shell installed (customize start menu with multiple styles and skins, Windows 7 style applied)
2. Control panel: User Account Settings set to 'Never notify' (removes annoying message 'Do you want to allow this app ... ?) / Auto Play + Windows Defender + System protection set to disabled
3. Windows Defender disabled and related entries disabled with Autoruns
4. OneDrive application and folder removed (can be reinstalled with included offline installer)
5. OldNewExplorer installed (free, restores menu bar in Windows 10)
6. Group Policy Editor installed and added to Control Panel
7. Removed folders in This PC from Windows Explorer (Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, etc.) - reg files (reversible)
8. Added Take Ownership Option in context menu
9. Powershell set to run as Admin by default
10. Privacy set to highest level using O&O ShutUp (all built-in spying stuff disabled, only updates and lock screen enabled)
11. Additional privacy layer added using Destroy Windows 10 Spying (adds entries to hosts file: disable telemetry, data collection and other spying stuff)
