Arrange pages freely
FlexiPDF lets you rearrange PDF files as you need them. Add, reorder and delete pages. Crop and rotate pages, insert pages from other PDF files or combine several PDF files into one.

Create new PDFs
FlexiPDF creates PDF files of the highest quality from inside any Windows program. Just choose an application's "Print" command and select the PDF printer driver provided by FlexiPDF.

Comment and highlight
FlexiPDF 2017: Insert , colored highlights and stamps. Some PDFs go through several hands, and each reader wants to leave remarks. FlexiPDF allows you to insert into PDF files, highlight important details with drawings and emphasize text passages with the colored highlighter. FlexiPDF 2017: Protect documents and content. Thanks to the built-in secure AES encryption, PDF files can be protected from opening, editing, printing, or copying text. You decide what the recipient of a PDF file is allowed to do. If a PDF document contains confidential text or graphics, FlexiPDF Professional lets you redact them so that such sensitive information cannot be read or restored.
